Privacy Policy

We process account information, usage data, and screenshot-related metadata required to provide the service and enforce security and usage limits.

Information is used to operate the product, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and support users.

Screenshot bytes, signed-storage metadata, capture history, and account records are retained while they are needed to provide your projects, history, billing, and abuse protections. Retention can also include operational backups and security logs; exact cleanup timing depends on the storage lifecycle and is not represented as immediate deletion. You can delete project screenshots through the product where that control is available.

Downloads and exports are user-initiated; copies saved outside ViewportKit are controlled by the recipient. Contact the privacy team to request access, an export, correction, or deletion review. Full account-deletion orchestration is currently blocked pending a safe cancellation, retention, backup, and billing policy; we do not claim that signing out immediately erases all account data.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and project data from unauthorized access.
